By spring transfer system, ATS canbe completely and properly transferred. There'll be NO unattached posture in any situation.The bypass change is set up in parallel with the principle ATS. When ATS inspection is required, electrical power is supplied, and the primary ATS is withdrawn through the bypass switch so that power is consistently equipped.
